These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pk11 platform, including all gaming services, sports betting, account management, promotions, and financial transactions. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bet.

If you do not agree, you must not use the pk11 platform. These terms apply to all users accessing pk11 from Pakistan and internationally.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use pk11. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any account found in breach will be permanently closed.
Each person may hold only one pk11 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of balances and permanent ban from the platform.
All pk11 games operate on certified RNG systems. Collusion, fraud, and exploitation of software errors are prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Requirements vary by promotion and are stated explicitly in each offer's individual terms.
pk11 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are found to have provided false registration information.
pk11 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk11 ("pk11", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the pk11 website at pk11.asia and all associated gaming, betting, and account services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a third party or do not have authority to enter this agreement, you must not use the Platform.
To register and use the pk11 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
pk11 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests pending verification.
3.1 Each user is permitted to hold one (1) active account on pk11. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pk11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pk11 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
3.4 pk11 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any associated funds, bonuses, or winnings to any third party.
3.5 KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including submission of a valid CNIC and a live selfie, is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on pk11 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller.
4.2 Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The minimum deposit via JazzCash or Easypaisa is Rs 500. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rs 1,000.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods verified in your account name. pk11 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unregistered accounts, or accounts not previously used for deposits on the Platform.
4.4 pk11 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting additional documentation, where transactions are flagged by our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring systems.
4.5 Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming balance. You are responsible for verifying deposit amounts before confirming any transaction.
4.6 pk11 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside pk11's control.
5.1 All bets placed on pk11 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement, except where explicitly permitted by the relevant game or sportsbook rules.
5.2 In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrect odds being displayed due to a data feed failure, pk11 reserves the right to void any affected bets. Users will receive a full refund of the original stake for voided bets.
5.3 Cricket and other sports markets offered on pk11 — including PSL, international Test, ODI and T20I matches, UFC, and boxing — are governed by the specific rules published in the sportsbook section. In the case of conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules prevail.
5.4 Maximum bet and payout limits apply on all markets and may be adjusted by pk11 at any time without prior notice. pk11 is not obligated to disclose maximum limits in advance.
5.5 Arbitrage betting, scalping, and any systematic exploitation of pricing errors are prohibited. pk11 may void winnings and suspend accounts where such activity is identified.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers issued by pk11 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms as communicated at the time the offer is made. General Terms apply in addition to offer-specific terms.
6.2 Bonuses are credited in PKR and are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
6.3 pk11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if evidence of abuse, fraud, or Terms violation is detected.
6.4 Users may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim duplicate bonuses through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may trigger account suspension.
6.5 pk11 does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific bonus or promotional programme. Promotions may be withdrawn at any time at pk11's sole discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk11 Platform:
pk11 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the pk11 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, website design, software, text, and data — is the exclusive property of pk11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from pk11.
9.1 The pk11 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk11 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, data breaches outside pk11's reasonable control, or third-party payment processor errors.
9.3 pk11's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 You may close your pk11 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance — after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering obligations — will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable period.
10.2 pk11 may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail KYC verification, or if continued operation of your account would expose pk11 to regulatory or legal risk.
10.3 Upon termination for cause, pk11 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds, free bet credits, or winnings derived from activity that breached these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the general principles of contract law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the pk11 Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through pk11's internal complaints procedure by contacting support. If an internal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable period, either party may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection law.

Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect.
